What payment methods are available? Do I have to pay in advance when I book?
If you book a non-refundable room type or promotion, the amount will be charged within 24 hours of booking. For other bookings it is possible to pay in cash or with any credit card at check-out. The card number is only required at the time of booking to secure the booking, but will not be charged at the time. In addition, you can pay with your own currency at check-out. If you have any doubts, please refer to the payment conditions.
What is the cancellation policy in case of a change in my plans?
All bookings (except non-refundable bookings) can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled arrival time and no fee will be charged. After this deadline there is a late cancellation/ no-show fee equal to the first night of the reservation.
What time can I check in?
From 1400.
When do I have to check out?
By midday.
Can I delay check-out by a few hours?

Can I leave my luggage on departure?
Yes, free of charge.
